Summer comes to Flagstaff
A great time to be in northern Arizona
Here it is June 20th already and summer weather has been with us for at least the past two weeks. Temperatures here are much cooler than what people usually think of as Arizona weather. While it frequently rises to well over 100 in the valley and sometimes well past 110 it never gets that hot in flagstaff. So come on up if you are in the valley or anywhere else for that matter. Flagstaff is rich with great restaurants where you can find cuisine for just about any taste. Her at Elden Trails Bed and Breakfast we serve a healthy hearty breakfast every morning. It's a meal that that will set you up for an active day. We have some excellent hiking trails right out our back gate like the local favorite "Fat Mans Loop" a two mile leg stretcher part way up the side of Mt. Elden. For those wishing a more substantial hike you can tackle the Elden Lookout Trail which after a serious two hour plus hike will take you to the summit of Mt. Elden. Both of these hikes are easily accessible from our back gate. Call us for more info 928-266-0230
