Flagstaff's first Real Snowstorm

I can now report that we have received our first snowstorm of any size this season.  Here at Elden Trails Bed and Breakfast we recorded four inches of soft powdery snow.  Over night lows dipped into the teens for the first time this season as well.  Snowfall totals vary considerably depending in what area of town one is.  Up on the higher elevations such as the San Francisco Peaks a significantly higher amount of snow accumulated.  In fact enough that the Arizona Snowbowl is opening for the season this weekend.  They have advised though that the available runs are only suited to advanced skiers.  So, if you are a good skier and are anxious to get back on the slopes you are in luck.  We suggest that you book our Studio Suite here at Elden Trails Bed and Breakfast.  We will provide you with a hearty delicious breakfast to get your day off to a good start.  This weekend looks to be milder and sunny so its a good time to take that weekend getaway.
